did the usual research and found the recipe is learned from jonas in hh at lvl 300 ench. im lvl 310 i think. jonas doesnt offer it. scryers dont offer it etc. can anyone tell me if im just missing something? such as rep lvl? or how to get the training. thanx. iddie.

May want to check to see if it's offered as a recipe for sale, not as a trained one. In other words, ask to see what he offers, not to train.
