I've reached 225 blacksmithing for horde and i'm maxxed out. Where do I get the next level?

I dunno about horde but I think there is the Master Blacksmith in Booty Bay. At least thats where i took my alliance toon, and since its a neutral city it might be the same for you :)

Yes, the trainer in Booty Bay trains the Horde as well.

Now, if I could just find recipes that don't cost a fortune in mats in the high 200's, so I could get to 300 and start working with Fel Iron.........
