alliance transport qutestionFollow

ive never played an alliance character. id like to get a blood elf bandit mask for one of my characters just for the hell of it but i have no idea how to get to azurmist isle. a friend has a gnome warrior on my account thats lvl 10 that i could run out there and get one for myself but i have no idea on how to actually do that, i dont know any of the flightpaths or boats... how would i get there from the gnome starting area? can anyone tell me? i think i have to go from darkshore or something but dunno how to get there
