Greetings Disenchanters. As I'm sure you are aware, Enchantrix is not working for Outland greens at the moment. I was also not able to find any DE predictions when looking up a few items on this site. Therefore, I think it might be useful to set up some rough DE predictions based on what I have experienced. If you wish to contibute data, please respond in this thread. Assuming I am quick enough, the Armor and Weapon DE tables will appear and be updated in the following two posts.

Here is a list of abbreviations that I will use:

Dust - Arcane Dust
LPE - Lesser Planar Essence
GPE - Greater Planar Essence
SPS - Small Prismatic Shard
LPS - Large Prismatic Shard

If you choose to contribute data, I will need the following for each item disenchanted:

Item Level (not level requirement) - Mouse over item while running Enchantrix
Type (armor/weapon)
Type and quantity of material received upon DE

If something like this already exists for Outland, please link it. (I saw the chart from OMG already, but it is not really the exact info I need) Otherwise, I plan to start gathering data this weekend and update the thread on Monday.

did you see the post I made on THIS thread?

Yep. I saw the post, but would like to have better detail (as normally provided by Enchantrix) Without the detail, it is not possible to know whether a piece of green armor is more likely to produce 2.5x arcane dust or 1.5x planar essence. As you know, for disenchanting this is important. Of course the table won't be perfect, but it should provide a reasonable prediction.

Well, I managed to go through the first batch of disenchanting data from the weekend. Due to my strategy, there is not much data from the higher level range. Based on the initial findings, I decided to divide the armor DE results into 57~64 and 65~70, but this could change.

I have also started to see some Outland predictions from Enchantrix so this whole exercise may be irrelevant in the near future. One thing to take away from this thread is a potential buy point for outland green armor. You are probably safe buying if the item costs less than 50% of the AH price for 2 arcane dust. On my server that meant that all Outland greens under 2.5 gold were ripe for the picking. :)

The second post is now updated to include 81 armor disenchants. I have chosen the level ranges based on when Greater Planar Essences start to appear. I will keep adding data as I DE more items. It's just too bad weapons are normally too expensive to buy.

Any further data on this?

Just hit 275 recently so I have been DE'ing a lot more outlands stuff. It's kind of odd because they don't seem to follow the same pattern. Going req'd level (haven't been keeping track of item) the highest ones (66-70) I don't think have ever given me more then 3 arcane dust. Usually in the x6-x0 range you avg 3.5 dusts and quite often get 5. And the level 61-65 (maybe actually 50 something to 63) have seemed to give about the same. Usually 2-3 arcane dust.

Highest level weapons are mostly giving Greater Planar as expected but not often worth it with prices usually 10g or more.

Is there a way in enchantrix to run a command to see what items you have previously DE'd gave you. It always say's "Found that xxx DE'd to xxx" so it must store it since occasionally it gives a very vague percentage on outland stuff. If so I can look back and check actual item level.

I have a another 20~30 items to add to the green armor section either later today or tomorrow, but my DE strategy doesn't yield much info on the higher items since they are not profitable. I have also started to see DE predictions for some Outland items, but many are still blank.

I have seen the message too, but have no idea how to extract that information from Enchantrix.

I added more data for green armor. (updated second post) The rest will come very slowly unless other posters contribute data.

I'm trying to powerlevel enchanting this weekend but don't know how soon I'll be able to DE Outland greens. Do they have to be Outland greens or can it also include high level greens found on Azeroth?

The purpose of this thread is to fill in blanks in the Enchantrix database. I can see predicted DE info for most (some J/C rings have no info) of the items from Azeroth, but very little for gear from Outland. That is why I requested data for Outland items. (Item level should be 81 or higher)
