If you are going for Scryer faction I'd say go to Firewing Point in Terokkar where you get Firewing Signet as well as cloth and cash. If you intend to go for Aldor I'd recommend the area around Shadow Tomb in the Bone Wastes of Terokkar as the Cabal mobs there also drop Mark of Kil'jaeden. The mobs are a little above your level but should be easily soloable for a mage with your spec, by farming at these two camps you will get a headstart on reputation as well as getting the cloth and cash you need.
