when do enchanters first get to do a glow enchant to a weapon?
It's been a long time, so I don't remember which you get first but the two first glowing weapon enchants you get are striking and beastslaying. I don't remember if lesser or minor comes first. Striking will have a blue/white glow, beastslaying will have a red.
Sadly, I have yet to see an Outlands enchant to weapons have a glow.

Minor beastslaying is a red glow, the first and most cheap glow in the game, although the highest drop rate for it is 0.11%, and is worth 2g-5g. Its rare in the ah.
