Finding Engineering SchematicsFollow

So in Azeroth it was quite obvious where to get new schematics -

sure they were scattered around, but it wasnt that hard to find.

Unfortunately, Im have alot of trouble finding anything other than the basic trained stuff in Outlands.

Goblin rocket launcher, rocket boots, flares, etc etc etc - I dont even know if they are drops or not, despite looking for them.

Does anyone have an idea as to where to go to get new schematics?
