Haven't Picked Up ProfessionsFollow

#1 Jan 06 2007 at 11:42 PM Rating: Decent
I am currently level 28 on my Troll Rogue and I am loving every minute of it. But I have been keep putting off on picking up a profession. Now I have felt that I need them. I currently have Fishing, and Cooking maxed for my level. So I have been fishing Deviate Fish,Oily Black Mouths, etc. I have made quite a good profit off of them.

But now I have come to the question, Should I pick up the proffessions?

Maybe skinning and just run around killing mobs to level it up?

I am totally clueless now, suggestions please

Mining will make good money when TBC comes out with jewelcrafting, but do to the vast amount of people stockpiling ores for TBC i see there will be alot of competition and undercutting so soon enough they will drop down to normal prices.

But you should be able to make nice money at the beggining and will continue to do so if Jewelcrafters > Stockpilers

Indeed pick up profs now, if you wait any longer you need to invest more time to lvl your profs. When you pick up a gather profession at the beginning you lvl it along the way. When you pick up a gather profession at higher lvl you need to go back to the noob areas to begin with lvlling the prof in order to start gathering the ores/herbs/skinnables at your current quest area.
