I recently learned artisan engineering(300), do i learn gnomish engineering after i reach 300 skill or did i miss my chance by learning to 300. I have seen posts saying you learn gnomish after 200 but i cant see the quest at booty bay or ratchet.
You can still learn it, go to booty bay there is a gnomish engineer located there that will let you learn it.
