are these the same is as normal bags or are they used for enchanting

The enchanted bags can only be used for storing enchanting-related items like dusts, essences, shards, enchanting rods, and enchanting recipes.

Just to be sure... You positive they hold the enchanting rod? My enchanter has the formula to make one and I just want to know what to expect when I get chanting high enough to do it. Going to end up making it either way, but want to know beforehand.
