Shield Spike QuestionFollow

Quick Question:

What iLvl's are required for the 3 different shield spikes? I know the smithing levels needed to attach em, but I can't seem to find info about what iLvl the shield has to be for each of em.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Engineering? Who said engineering? I didn't see anyone say anything about engineering.

I don't think there is a lvl requirement my lvl 19 warrior has a Thorium spike on her shield

I believe its blacksmithing, not engineering, that attaches shield spikes.
