Hey!
I am pretty new to WoW, I am about a month or so In to it.
I have a Char. w/ Enchanting.
Currently I am skill lvl 202:

My question is about doing enchants.
Now Can you learn all enchants from trainers?

Or are their enchants out their, that you could possibly never see/use?

How would I go about getting these other enchants if they exist?

Thanks!

No, you can not learn all enchants from trainers. Some can be received as a drop, others are reputation rewards. However: at lvl 202 enchanting the most important enchants can be learned at the enchanting trainers. The high lvl enchants that are worth more money are as stated above drops or reputation rewards.

REPUTATION RECIPES:

Argent Dawn
Honored => Formula: Enchant Bracer - Mana Regeneration (Enchanting 290)
Revered => Formula: Enchant Bracer - Healing (Enchanting 300)

Cenarion Circle
Friendly => Enchant Cloak - Greater Fire Resistance (Enchanting 300)
Honored => Enchant Cloak - Greater Nature Resistance (Enchanting 300)

Thorium Brotherhood
Friendly => Formula: Enchant Weapon - Strength (Enchanting 290)
Honored => Formula: Enchant Weapon - Mighty Spirit (Enchanting 300)
Revered => Formula: Enchant Weapon - Mighty Intellect (Enchanting 300)

Timbermaw Furbolgs
Friendly => Formula: Enchant 2H Weapon - Agility (+25, Enchanting 290)
Honored => Formula: Enchant Weapon - Agility - +15, (Enchanting 290)

DROP RECIPES:
I am not going to list all drop recipes =).
Take a look at this page.

In the column on the left of this page, scroll down to "Trade Skill - By trade" and click on it. Click on "enchanting" on the next page, and it will give you a list of all the enchanting formulae. If there is a white <Formula: Enchant...> description beneath the title, then the formula can be bought - click on that link to tell you who sells it. If it is green or blue, it is a drop - click on the link to see who has dropped it. If there is no link below the title, it can be learned from a trainer - click on the "Trade skills - List of trainers" to find out where you might learn it.
