Dark Iron Ore Into Bars-SmeltingFollow

Well, finally got through and trained in smelting the ore.

Now, understand or have heard that I need to kill those ghosts in the trainers room (7?) and a door will open to the smelter.

Someone has said that you can also smelt on one of those Lava islands? is this true and is it one with no elements on it?

Also, I take it I can Smith at any Anvil in game? Dark Iron Armor doesnt have to be made in BRD?

This is getting worse by the day. I have worked hard to get the ore, get to trainer. No wonder the bars are so expensive in AH, heck, they should charge twice the price.
