Help with enchantingFollow

ok well im at enchanting lvl 60 i think, and im not sure, with all the strange dust and lesser enscence that i get should i use on items or use them and sell them. I know i have to use them to lvl up my skill, but sometimes it just is a waste. Oh and another thing, wut is very cheap and good for me to enchant from the AH. Thanks
