Does this item raise in power as you level up? Because I've seen people say "Most I've ever done for crit is 4.1k!" Yet MY crit was 1.6k...
So yeah, does it get stronger according to how high your level is?

I dont believe so. Pretty much it does the same damage at any level, but it most certainly can crit.
Well everytime I use it, the damage is pretty much from 700-950 dmg non crit so I'm thinking it does change with the level. But ty for answer.
