What's The Best LW for Rogue?Follow

I'm a lvl 39 combat rogue who's looking into getting either elemental or tribal leatherworking for my toon. The only problem is that this is my 1st real toon so i'm really confused about what would be best for me. I've had a few people tell me ele lw is best due to agi and sti increases in the armour, though others have said tribal for other reasons.

Now I put the question out to you. What lw would be best for combat rogue and why? Also what specific armour pieces would be most useful for me?
