list for weapon enchants MATS neededFollow

Most 'chanters seem to offer thier skills free if the customer provides the mats (tips appreciated) and aside from pissing them off by bothering them for a list of the mats the customer needs, I am wondering if anyone has a general list of them.

I'm interested in (just for now) 1h and 2h weapons. Are the mats farmable at lower levels? from what I know the enchant won't glow unless it's +3 or higher, excluding beast slaying at +2. I have been looking online but haven't found any lists of the mats needed for the various weapons enchants, just been able to find what the enchants are called, and what they do for effect.

At this point, it's fickle, I just want to have glowing weapons. Can anyone list or link whatever mats are needed for 1h and 2h weapons?
