i m a gnome engineer. .
just hit lvl 225 , and finished all the quests, got the membership card.

however,, my upper limit is still lvl 225. how can i raise it to 300 ?

go to gaget, find the trainer, he is not in a building, just standing outside next to the goblin engeneirng trainer.

Also, you must be level 40 to get the quest to raise your engineering.
