I am making a twink warrior with engineering. its a gnome female. i know that gnomes got 15+ engineering and the highest enginering skill on lvl 29 is 225..
but is it possible for gnomes to have 240?? (225 + 15 = 240) couse it would own if i could get Death ray :)

Yes it is possible. This is why gnomes are usually the twinks of choice. Also, at 19 you get 165 instead of 150 max engineering skill.
The lowest possible lvl to have 315 is lvl 35 aswell :p just thought i should mention.
