Blacksmithing 260Follow

I am an armoursmith (hoarde) and have just reached Blacksmithing 260.
I have just finished the Mithril Order Quest chains and want to know where the next trainer is. I think I might be looking for an Artisian Armoursmith but am not sure. There appears to be no available quests/recipes from Orgimmar.

The last recipe I learned from a trainer was the Truesilver breastplate - a 245 Recipe.

Could someone tell me where to go for:

1) To get trained more
2) To get some armoursmith quests

Not sure about horde side, but for alliance side at least, the next group of plans is Imperial Plate, which you get from a guy in Gadgetzan as quest rewards. The "quest" is turning in amounts of Thorium bars ranging from 20 to 60 depending on the pattern.

Then you work up your Thorium Brotherhood rep until you can buy the Dark Iron plans in the bar in BRD, and your Cenarion Circle rep until you can get the plans from the smith in Silithus, and your Argent Dawn rep for some plans from the quartermasters, get your Caer Darrow trinket from the Scholo quests and buy some plans from the ghost in Caer Darrow...

Ok. I think the reason I cant get any more quests is because I am only level 44 and the thorium order quests are post 50.

However I took some posted advise and started purchasing thorium recipes from AH.

One thing that occurred to me was that perhaps if I level up my blacksmithing from purchased AH recipes is that I dont get the reputation for completed the quest chains - which might result in me not gaining access to some future recipes/trinkets etc.

So the question is, if later on where I reach level 50. I decide to go back and complete the thorium quests - will I still get reputation. i.e is the reputation gained tied to my character level or my blacksmithing level. Presumably by the time I get to level 50 any quest related thorium recipes given will be grey.
