depends on the price of shards and greater nether essence as the enchant requires 2 of each

+4 damage is to a one-hander, and is a rather high enchant. Twi Large Radiant Shards, 2 Greater Nether Essences. 245 skill level.

+7 damage is to a 2-hander;2 Large Radiant Shards, 2 Dream Dust, level 240.

+4 damage is a higher enchant, and Nether Essences are darn expensive. You can buy the materials yourself and compare ^_^

ok...so the only price you have heard is 12g, but you didn't believe this because another person said =/>7g and another said 10g? how contradictory. although i guess i'll concede it isn't if you meant that completely literally and you only read the 7 and 10 gold prices but truly heard the 12. but i very much doubt that. and in addition to that there is no enchant that gives +4 damage to both 1hand and 2hand weapons. probably this is because dual weilders would have a distinct advantage over 2 hand weilders.

Price is negotiable between the enchanter and the purchaser. It varies widely, but is usually what the market will bear. It's usually cheaper if you supply the mats, but you should still be prepared to pay over and above. There is no "normal" price - it's what the two people negotiate between themselves. If someone states their price, it's up to you to determine whether you want to pay it, or to try to negotiate it downward in a diplomatic fashion. If you berate the enchanter, he is perfectly within his rights to not only not sell to you, but to spread the word to other enchanters to steer clear of you.
