The trainer for 225/300 LW is in The Hinterlands. I think you are Alliance so you need to go to The Hinterlands. Its in the inn of that little Dwarff town. You can also choose a LW path, But I dont know what you wanna take.

Suggestions: If you are Rogue take Elemental Leatherworking, it gives best items rogues can craft for that level. If you are Hunter/Shaman I preferr Dragonscale Leatherworking, Then there is Tribal wich gives some resistance items (Nature+Arcane and Shadow+Frost) and Devilsaur. For druids i don´t know...
But after all, it´s what you like.

Just so you understand, getting Artisan leatherworking (to go over 225) and sepcializing are 2 different things (although you eventually want to do both).

The trainer for Artisan is in Aerie Peak.

For money you probably want to specialize any of them... All make money, Tribal to vendors (and some rogues), Elemental to Rogues and with luck to Feral Druids.
Dragonscale goes to Hunters, and shamans (neutral AH:s) But i consider Tribal as "cheapest" Since it doesn´t need much Essence of Waters, or much instance grinding for Dragonscales.
