Alchemy Guide?Follow

I wanted to be a alchemist and wanted a quick guide to 300. Anyone have any ideas? I want to have it for pvp. I am a gnome mage so if anyone has any other ideas for me I was planning on being Herb/Alchemy please tell me a guide!!
