As of the last maintenance, I am no longer getting fused wiring from expired target dummies.
I have made 38 target dummies, and not one of them dropped the wiring. Before the maintenance, I used to get almost 1 in 5.
Is this a stealth nerf or am I just being unlucky?

Dropped 10 while fishing and nada also. Has anyone seen a pattern of fused dropping off dummies that self-destuct verses being destroyed by Mobs???
A guildie mentioned getting three off self-destructing dummies just last night, so it could be a horrible run of luck you're having. Either that or the drop rate got lowered, I dunno how many dummies she set off =)
just where are you dropping them? and regular or advanced?
location seems to matter, or at least for me it seems that way, i drop my in level 60 zones and get FW all the time, sithulus for example, but why not let them get killed by mobs anywho..... dont get letting them expire when you can actualy use them.

"Regular" Target Dummies are still dropping Fused Wiring since the last patch, whether used in combat or not. My experience says less than 1 in 5 drop Fused Wirings, but I have had runs of 3 or 4.

Im unlucky too - I have dropped over 10 last night and I didnt get one. Where as about 2 months ago i was dropping them and getting about 1 per every 3.
Its a real pain in the butt - when you need them. I have 4 in the bank and cant wait till i get to level 300 to use them up *not*

Thanks for the replies guys, I'm using regular target dummies, and I'm dropping them the exact same place I always drop them (mainly in an obscure corner in UC, I hate advertising that I'm farming Fused Wirings).
Still, the bad luck continues. This weekend I dropped 20 more... Not one drop of fused wiring. No matter, I've got a lot of wool/bronze in the bank, and I can farm a lot of copper pretty fast. Let's see if this week my luck will be better.

Got 6 over the weekend all from Advanced TD, all mob killed.
Hmm, no luck last night either with regular target dummies. This is getting frustrating. I'll try a few advanced TDs tonight Capitolg.
Update: Advanced target dummies worked, a few Fused Wirings dropped.
Then I went to regular TDs and tried again. Wow! Almost 1 in 2 dropped a fused wiring. Must have been the longest string of bad luck I've ever had, or the drops from the advanced TDs reset my loot table for fused wiring in some sort.
