Where is the quest giver to get Artisian Fishing? Coords would be appreciated, thanks!
Go for a swim and talk to Nat Pagle, Angler Extreme.
I had fun with this quest during Halloween. I went to visit him when I had a ghost costume on. I was able to simply stroll across the water. The novelty factor was most amusing.
Make sure before you talk to him that you get the quest from the fishing trainer in ORG.
As long as you are level 35 and have 225 fishing you can get the quest from old Nat Pagle. You don’t have to have the quest from the earlier fishing trainers. However, if you are in the area you may as well pick it up as it will give you a few easy experience points.
The same holds true for the cooking and first aid quests.

For First Aid, I have always needed to get the quest from the physician in IF first. Always. Same with my guildmates.
Not sure if it is the same with fishing, but I highly recommend taking this advice:
