today i finally got the schematic for the snowmaster 9000, you know the machine that engineers can use to make snowballs. I was all excited, so i went and made like 5 machines, was gonna start cranking out the snowballs....then i realized that by using one machine, it activates the cooldown on all of them. Ive tried everything, even gave one to a friend to hold while i used a different machine, he gave it back and the cooldown had been activated....what gives? I see people selling snowballs in the AH 5 and 6 stacks at a time, and on my server there are primarily 3 guys that control the market, they each have at least 4 stacks apiece in the AH. So how do they do it? is there some trick im missing?

like deeprock salt and a salt shaker, they are on a cooldown and a diffrent toon is the only way to overcome this. I have 4 alts that crank out snowballs, as well as my main, thats 5 a round, in a week i can realy have a lot to sell/use(because the only real use for snowballs is beaning folks, or cheezing off General Drakk. Lil pets are fun too.
Next is to remember not a lot of folks buy snowballs so keeping 4 stacks up is not hard, i have had the same 2 stacks going up for a few months now, just nobody wants to pay for them...at least on my server.

ok cool, but what lvl alt would i need to be able to use it?
level 20 lets you uncap 150, and you can push up to 190 and use a snowmaster.
usualy my "Retired" toons get made in to prouducion alts, to make stuff like purified deeprock salt, snowballs, mooncloth, transmutes......

Keep in mind that during the winter holiday events, you can buy snowballs cheap from a vendor. I have a friend that bought a LOT of snowballs, and his alts all bought a LOT of snowballs - all for the purpose of selling them in the summer.
yeah i bought stacks and stacks in the winter, not to sell, but for the different pets that require the snowball as a reagent... i have 2 alts with all their bags and banks full.
My friend also finds snowballs useful for responding to duel challenges, blind group invites, and beggars.

I love snowballs, standing on the AH roof and chucking them down to watch people look around is a riot. Funny throwing them to a group member to and watching them fall on there ***!
Got to get one for pvp duels vs priests. they keep casting mind control while the thing is counting down. it'll interrupt his spell at least.
