I am at 250 leather working and I can't get anything from the trainer to make, Do I have to go to somebody else or do have wait to be higher level. I'm level 40 now. please help.

Have you checked with the trainer who taught you artisan leatherworking (in Aeyrie Peak? for Alliance)? When I just made artisan at 225 he had plans I couldn't use yet, I am at 240-something and planning to stop by there soon to get more plans from him.

The other options are:
a) Recipes/Patterns, I can't remember which they're called :)
b) Specialise: either Tribal LW, Elemental LW or Dragonscale LW. Up to you which you pick, but make sure you're sure before you commit to one, the only respite from there is to totally retrain from scratch, and no one wants to do that again...
