Sup guys, can someone tell me where I can train cookin past 225, the trainer in Stormwind says to talk to Dirge Quickcleave in Tanaris but he won't train me all he has is a quest and sellin some stuff. Do i need to do his quest first?

Well isnt that pretty obvious.
Please read the Trade Skill Sticky; all secondary skills have a quest to get past 225. And yes, the quest (did you read the quest? It tells you it will give you new cooking ability) will get you to above 225.
