Here is a repost from the fishing guides I write for my guild:

Advanced Fishing

If there life after Steamwheedle? Oh, yes. Yes there is. It is called Bay of Storms (also Hetaera's Clutch), off the eastern shore of Azshara. Here, the most common fish you'll catch is the Darkclaw Lobster, but you'll find more Stonescale Eel than anywhere else.

But that's not all. There is also another type of fish school here - elemental schools. From these, you will catch Elemental Water, Globes of Water, and Essence of Water. The latter sell for several gold each.

There are only a few choice spots where these pools manifest themselves. And this area is not like Steamwheedle. You're not going to live long here at level 25. Getting to the beach is treacherous and in the water you have to dodge giants, sea monsters, and other nasty creatures. At level 49, I am the lowest-level person I've seen brave these waters.

Now for the bad news. You're not going to be happy fishing these at 300. At 400, a third of your fish will get away. You need an adjusted skill of 425 to not miss any fish. But it is a shorter flight from Orgrimmar than Tanaris is, and you can make money quicker.

If you want to brave the beach run at lower levels (like I do) here are a few tips.

You can skip the ride through the ruins by heading north along the cliff edge. You will come to a point where you can jump off the cliff directly into the water. Do not kill the Timbermaw, and be aware that the spiders can web you.

Look for dead nagas. If you ride along the path of dead ones, you'll have fewer live ones shooting you in the back with arrows.

You can always just die. The graveyard is on the water near the southern end of the beach. Head northeast from there and you'll be fine.
