where do you get your tailoring past 150? I have tried all the major cites but i cant find someone that will get me past 150+

44,76 in stormwind. As you head into the mages area from the direction of the bank ect... turn left and you've got a tailoring shop on the right. as you go in the guy at the back right will train you to 225
do i have to be at 150 or can i be at a lower lvl?
