Tribal LW quest.Follow

I've read about the quest and ound that i have to do some wild leather quest first. I still dont understand that one.

I'm confused on how to get to the places i need to go.

Im a 36 hunter with 250 LW, going tribal cuz i heard it's good money maker. Not going dagong cuz the stats suck on it. Only part thats good is the black set and only gives +attack which i shoot more than melee.
