I was wondering if anyone knew where the recipies for Black Dragonscale Boots and Leggings drop? I have never seen them on AH so I am guessing they are Bind on Pickup.
Anyone seen this drop?

The pattern for the leggings drops in BRD off of junk mobs, but has a very low drop rate. The pattern for the boots is sold by a vendor in BRD (the bar) that requires you to be honored with Thorium Brotherhood.
