unless you are on a new server...
Trust me there are plenty on the AH and why would you post this here? The chances of someone playing on your particular server and having that exact item are slim to nil.

Look for mobs in your level range, and in a safe area if you're on a PvP server and grind.
Or, just ask around in the levels where it can drop, seeing if anyone has looted it.
Don't say something like "Paying 50s for Enchant Weapon : Minor Beastslayer" because more than likely, a more experienced player will reply over local saying it's worth more than that, and if someone does have it, they will try and sell it to you for an increased price.
Just ask people to whisper you if they have it and tell them the price you're paying in private

I believe i have found one last week in the alterac mountains, i think from an ogre up there. The non-elite ones.

Hold off on the enchanting...or else you be broke for a loooong time.
Take a 2 gathering tradeskills instead (mining/skinning or herb/skinning) to make some cash. I'm 57 and just now considering taking Enchanting, and even then I'll wait until 60.

I love that formula, idiots sell on AH for 1g thinking they're clever then i buyouy and sell for 10g and still get bifs in seconds
enchanting is an awesome skill to go with chars that AoE :D lowbie instances + 50 greens = cashzorz
