When trying to lvl blacksmithing is it better to do like 2 orange or 5 yellow

and finding minerals is no problem so any other adice will help

If you can find the materials and they're no problem, then always go ornage; guaranteed skill up. If you were worried about price, you would have to gauge material cost versus probability of skill-up... but you apparently don't.
Orange=100% skill up
Yellow=50-100% skill up
Orange is if you want a guaranteed level, but yellow is mostly luck if you want to level faster.
