In one of the patch notes it said that you could drop your end leatherworking focus by dropping leather working all together and then relearning it. I was tribal and want to switch to dragonscale. I'm 250 in leatherworking and he wont give me the quest for dragonscale. Did they not implement the switch yet?

Ok i went to my original tribal teacher and he wont teach me either. They both told me to go read some book so i'm going to i guess.
