Runic Plate PlansFollow

For people that have gotten the plans for the Runic Plate items, how long did yall have to farm for them? I farmed for 2 hours on Alcaz island for the 3 plans that dropped there and nothing. I farmed the scarlet cavaliers in hearthglen for about an hour and a half and nothing. Never saw the blacksmith spawn. I know it's gonna take a while but was kinda expecting to get something outta the 2 hours in Alcaz. Killed at least 50 of each kind of Naga there.
