I am an armoursmith, 300 smithing and cannot learn plans to craft whitesoul helm. Any suggestions?
Petitioned a GM about it and the cryptic reply was something to the regards of not having completed a quest?
Any help would be apprecitated as I can't get any replies to this question on IF.

This is a drop from various mobs, the link above will tell you which ones to target. Failing that, you might even be able to by the plans in the AH.
My lvl 60 pally wears one, and will do until something better drops (whenever that may be!!).
