Hello,
I am a Hunter, and I got Leatherworking. I can specialize me, but I dont know what to choose. normally Hunters always choose Dragonscale. But on my server, the patterns cost minimum 30 gold a piece, while the patterns from elemental and tribla only cost 2 gold. So what should I do? go for Dragonscale or go for a cheaper side?

Imo, you could farm dragonscales to pay for the more expensive patterns. In theory, you'll only need to buy them once.

what do you mean in theory? you only have to buy them once, period.

you know that the patterns do drop right? you can go and farm them in BRD.

I thought you could learn specialty patterns from a trainer. Of course, most of 'em you need to get dropped patterns, but still, I think you should stick with dragonscale.
