Goblin Engineering and Holy Spells....Follow

I'm a level 40 Paladin with a 200 Engineering, and I just went Goblin E. Currently I'm hoping to add some DPS, and since our guild-master is loaded with all sorts of mining stuff he can no longer use, he keeps feeding my habits. As it stands I was wondering if there were suggestions on the gear to load up on. I know the target dummies have saved some of my groups from a wipe more than once, and I have all the engineering recipies you can get from a vendor, and a few I've bought on the AH like jumper cables, seafoams, Recombobs, squirrels so now I'm wondering if there is another one that comes up now or soon that I might be missing out on. IE: A vendor sells it for 2 Gold, while the AH has it listed for 10. Thanks for the help.
