I'm trying to get the plans for the Iron Shield Spike. To date, I haven't seen it in the AH. Looking around on other sites I see it drops in Gnomer (chest) and Blackfathoms Deep (also chest). My question is is there anywhere that anyone has found the plans with some certianty. I am currently a lvl 29 pally, so please keep any suggestions to areas that I can access/ mobs I can kill.

Chest in BFD is the only place you will be able to get.
Get running, I have yet to ever see it drop in their(it is one of the insances I do on every toon)on any of my toons.
