Nonexistent.

I'm a 300 Artisan Fisherman, I'd know.

I use a +20 Big Iron Fishing Pole, +2 Fishing enchant on my gloves, +75 Bright Baubles for most fishing, and +100 Aquadynamic Fish Attractors if I'm after Stonescale Eel. This means I'm usually fishing at 300+97, with 300+122 at most.

Useful fish:
Deviate Fish - Lushwater Oasis, Barrens
Firefin Snapper - Wetlands, Menethil Harbor
Oily Blackmouth - Wetlands, Menethil Harbor
Stonescale Eel - Tanaris, Steamwheedle Port
Nightfin Snapper - Feralas, Verdantis River
Sunscale Salmon - Feralas, Verdantis River
Winter Squid - Tanaris, Steamwheedle Port

Sanvyn, where are you fishing? You dont need 375+ to get stonescale. The earliest zones I know about, you can get stonescale at about 225 or so. Whether that is 225 base or 175 + 50 bait, etc , as long as you're at 225. (estimated, since i dont remember the exact level, but whatever it is, substitute it for 225 if you know it).

Manhodon, if you want more +fishing, use the enchants, big iron fishing pole or the horde nat pagle angler pole which was +25 (as i recall), use +100 bait. the STV fishing contest also can give you a hat with +5 fishing i believe.

Lately I just use +75 bait for everything. The +100s don't last long enough, really. I get about a 9.4% catch rate on Stonescale Eel in Tanaris at 300+97 fishing.

The STV fishing contest allows you to catch rare fish. Catch and turn in the right ones for fishing line that attaches to your fishing pole for +5 fishing skill, boots that are +5 fishing skill, a hat that is +5 fishing skill. And yes, there's the quest in hinterlands for horde that gives a +25 skill rod.

If you spent a lot of time fishing, you could reasonably end up with almost 350 fishing skill without factoring in bait.
