Ok... im trying to get my BS up ASAP. But I am having trouble leveling it. The only thing I can make that still guarantees me a level costs me like 30g in mats.
Does anyone know if there is some recipe that I can buy that is easy to make and still level my BS? Or should I keep making stuff that is green?

Smithing starts to slow down really fast around 250. Partly because at that point there aren't really any new trained recipes, and as you see the needed mats are usually pretty expensive. It's hard to recoup your costs with smithing anyway, but the 40s items are hard to sell because you can usually pick up a level-appropriate green item on the AH for a couple gold.
I'd suggest just to make 2 blues a day as not to flood the market or drive mat prices up, and try and go armoursmithing, you make way more money there!! I made the mistake with my war and reset my smithing at 276
Once you choose a spcialization you have to stick with it. Even if you unlearn smithing, you won't be able to do the quests to become anything except your original choice.
