I know there is a NPC in SW that sells cooking recipes.. (forgot his name) at a place called Pig-n-whistle.
Is there a NPC vendor for cooking recipes only on horde side?
If so, name the NPC and where located.

yeah, im not sure about this one, but isnt there one in hillsbrad foothills? its the undead guy that gives you the soothing turtle bisque quest. go check it out, i may be wrong.

Cooking recipes are sold by a variety of vendors in my experience. I usually work backwards from the recipe to the vendor via this web site.
kels, Most folks are not going to start awnsering a quesion that seems like you did'nt look. OK on the offical Froums, well maybe just they didnt know, or didnt have a way to awnser(no one vendor), But here is diffrent, this whole sight is deticated to ingame info. It took me about 3 seconds to scorll down, and select the tradeskils by trade and select cooking.

some of the recipes tell you where to find them, other ones you have to read the player comments.
