What is Max skill level for level 19 gnomeFollow

It has been a long time since I leveled my rogue to 300 engineering and now I am leveling another. I would like to know the max engineerng level for a level 19 gnome. I suspect it is level 165, but I cannot find out what level we can officially go 'above' 150 without the bonus. He is currently only level 6 so is topped out at level 90.

This is for engineering... forgot to add that in the subject and can't edit.

it's 165 I asked one of the allies on shadowsong who was visiting our twink vent server
