I don't know how to obtain this enchant, but I've seen on a few level 60's, usually with Crown Of Destruction, a 3 part enchant for the crown. It's like +24 Range Power/+?? Stamina/3rd Part.
I don't know if you get this only after turning in a quest or what, but I want to know what that 'enchant' is. Thx
