Gnomish Net Gun Failure RateFollow

Does anyone else notice that the failure rate for this trinket is a lot higher than most other engineer devices? It's not a bad trinket to have but I swear it fails 70-80% of the time whereas something like the shrink ray has a much lower fail rate, making the net gun useless to me. They should make the failure rate decline as engineer skill improves.

Yes, I'm fully aware of that. What I'm saying is the failure rate for this particular device seems unusually high moreso than any other engineering device I've used.
