If you are talking about the recipes you get from getting rep through Zul'Gurub then those are bind on pick up and cannot be traded.

you could locate someone with req profession and rep lvl to make them for ya, with supplying mats and all, and then just have them(if u wanting to use) and wait til u get to req rep lvl to buy them for urself
