Ok Its probably just me again being tired and all at work but..... is there anywhere(a website forum or listing SOMEWHERE) that will list what herbs are out there to be gathered, and at what skill they can be harvested? I am definately not having any luck finding anything like that.

Yes. I suggest trying the Trade Skill Sticky, which, amazingly, has a guide written by me that lists all the herbs, what skill you need to pick them, and where they can be found.
