I am at lvl 39 and have my poison skills maxed at 170. How do I improve it? Is there a book? Does it increase at lvl 40? Thanks.

As far as I know (I could be wrong), the rogue poison skill is tied to the rogue's level. Multiply the level by five, and that's your cap - so at L39, your cap should be 195. Are you making the poisons that are either yellow or orange? You won't go up at all from making gray poisons.
