I have come to an idea to create tradeskill guild (Leatherworking-skinning) to sell our products at at lower prices and greater number. I just don't know how to do it and how to promote ourselves because purpose of guild is to make money and i havent seen it on my server.

I also thought to make prices at which will everyone sell our products for some amount of money.

Dosent work like that, the cost of mats is higher thatn the value of the products. seconly even leatherworking takes stuff form other trades, like buckles, or potions, are you going to buy those and try and trun a proffit?

Then everybody gather, sell leather, ore, herbs thats a way to make money.

as a side note, all guilds are tradeskill guilds, and you will find they work out much better when folks deversify.

I have found that most items actually sell to the vendors for more than the mats cost. For instance: The Hillman's Cloak only costs 2s to create by buying the fine thread. but sells to the vendors for 10s. Most created items will make you money, even to the vendors, when you spend the time to play through and gather the materials needed. In the case of the Hillman's cloak, I found myself near the gentleman how will make a yeti cloak out of it and sold 5 or 6 hillman's to people for 50s a piece. for an out of pocket expense of 2s and 10 minutes killing yetis for the leather I think that was very profitable.

As for trying to "Normalize" prices through the work of a guild. That will only work within the guild. As if you are undercutting someone on the AH most will buy the item and then repost it at the market average. Once a guild is big enough to be able to simply trade the mats around to whoever needs them, it will most likely be big enough that the AH prices won't matter as much.
